Speed problem

Post by DANDAN »

Hi!
sorry for my english i am a french canadian ;)

i have a spacemouse and i'm not able to control the speed of it. I desinstalled the driver and reinstall the new version but it didn't change anything.
The only problem is the speed control, all other fonctions are ok.

Can someone help me with this issue?

Thanks!!

Are you using the wireless dongle, or the USB cable?
Can you try it with the cable?

Can you adjust the speed in other applications. E.g., our demos?

Is the SpaceMouse Wireless listed by name ("3Dconnexion SpaceMouse Wireless") in the Device Manager->Human Interface Devices?

Contact tech support. They will walk you through creating a "3DxDiag" Diagnostics file to send to us (shift+RMB on the 3Dx systray icon).
They may also have some other things to try first.
