problemi con esprit tng , dp tecnology

Buongiorno a tutti,
è anni che utilizzo esprit tng con il mouse space compact usb
da un giorno all altro non me lo vede piu e non funziona
ho provato a fare tutti gli aggiornamenti del caso driver e aggiornamenti windows ma niente
se lo utilizzo con creo element sullo stesso pc funziona
quindi credo sia un problema esprit

Hi gigi,

The 3D Mouse needs to be manually activate ("Above Extras -> Addins -> 3D Mouse Activation ")
If the device is still not working then its because the integration problem Esprit have on there end. There's nothing within our software to help resolve this issue and you would need to contact Esprit support for further help.

Allow the 3DxWare 3Dconnexion plugin to autoload in the add-in list.

At the ESPRIT TNG application window, go to menu bar's File>Add-Ins, at the Add-in Manager window, go to Load Behavior section, tick "Loaded/Unloaded" and "Load on Startup", then along with 3DxWare driver installed, you should be able to use SpaceMouse Compact in ESPRIT TNG.
