Dear Sirs,
with the USB receiver pluged in when starting my HP Z book laptop I find that windows does not recognise the 3D controller Space mouse.
Cadmouse Pro Wireless is recognised, so is receiver.
I have to manually add 3D controller (space mouse) to the receiver.
Sometimes this works but sometimes not.
It helps to remove the receiver while win10 is running and plug it in again.
I have to manually add 3D controller (spacemouse)
Sometimes 3D controller just stops working while using Autodesk Inventor 2021
What am I missing? What is going on?
Is there a hidden setting regarding USB ports in Windows?
I also notice that my SSD external USB disc is not recognised by windows if I keep it plugged in after shut down and start up windows.
SSD disc is not listed under My computer storage devices in such case.
Unplug & replug its USB cable works.
Thank you for any suggestions
Regards Aleksander

Re: Space mouse Pro Wireless - driver not working
I believe it has something to do with your Universal Receiver coming with CadMouse Pro Wireless, try updating your Universal Receiver's firmware from here:
