Bluetooth Issues - CadMouse Compact Wireless

I just bought a CadMouse Compact Wireless. It works fine with the dongle but I cannot get it working using Bluetooth!

I have two computers, a desktop and a laptop, both virtually new and both high end spec. The laptop is on Windows 10 and the desktop on Windows 11. I connected the mouse via bluetooth without any issues to the desktop computer. The mouse shows up in the Bluetooth device list on the laptop but it just doesn't work!

Any ideas? Trying to get hold of support is virtually impossible!

Plug the 3Dconnexion dongle to your laptop USB port.

I too am having an issue with Bluetooth not connecting to my laptop. I want to connect it with having to use the dongle, that way I have my USB port available. It should be able to since I have connected other Bluetooth devices including mice to my laptop.

I've the same irritating issue!

Somebody by Microsoft has a bad habbit to block al not paying hardware supliers.
Because the Maffia says: "You have to pay for for protection"
It's a pitty that Adobe and AutoDesk don't have Unix/Linux software....

I fixed this problem by plugging the 3Dconnexion dongle into my laptop's USB port, if it still doesn't work you should reboot and check if your bluetooth connectivity is having problems.

Windows 11?
The latest version of the driver should offer to update your CadMouse Compact Wireless firmware to fix the BT problem.
