CatMouse Pro Wireless.
Problems:
1 - If I start my laptop and open 3DConnexion properties it identifies as "Desktop" in settings and display. If I open any other, like "File Explorer or Edge, it identifies correctly. If I close everything and open 3DConnexion properties or check my Spacemouse Enterprise display, it shows "Explorer instead of Desktop. To make it display "Desktop again I actually have to restart my computer.
2 - All Macros are gone; I checked the previous driver 3DxWare64_v10-8-3_r3389 and those issues were nonexistent, but others existed.
3 - I contacted Tech support with detailed email on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 with only an automated response.
4 - I contacted tech support again on Sunday, August 27, 2022 with no response.
Questions:
How do I get all the normally standard delivered macros back?
How can this Desktop problem be solved and when?
Is it normal for a company to not respond to support requests or ignore them?

There are a couple of cfgs with Desktop in the names: "Desktop" and "Windows Desktop".
"Windows Desktop" may show up at the very beginning before any applications are started. After that it is not normally used.
"Desktop" is the background. You can switch to that at any time by clicking on the background.
What are you trying to do?
Are you creating KB Macros that you want to access all the time?
