Hi All
Wondering if someone can help,
After setting up some Button macros in Revit for the pie menus
switching from another program back to Revit creates a small delay
is this normal, as its quite annoying.
so if i have autocad open and then jump back into revit, a 1-2 second delay happens before i can use the mouse.
I'm on Win 11, I9 32gb ram
Thanks!

Re: Delay switching between programs
It is somewhat normal. I agree there is room for improvement.
It will depend on the application being switched to. Most should be very quick, depending on how much needs to be reconfigured for the new application.
Let me know if it is just a few applications. And if you could, which are the worst.

Re: Delay switching between programs
I only use it for Revit,
I'm getting used to the delay for Revit, but my mind now expects a delay for every software I change to, which is the most annoy thing.
think I may have to disable the pie menu features which is sad as that's why I got the mouse in the first place

Re: Delay switching between programs
Hi I only use button macros in Revit So ive not tried other software.
its the only software i has assigned any shortcuts so only one that delays
I will try others and report back.
Think i may end up disabling the pie charts which is a shame, as thats why i got the mouse.
