Hello,
we have an older app based on MFC that is instantly crashing when any newer 3Dconnexion driver than 10.8.3 is installed. We found out a workaround to prevent the crash and that is to activate and deactivate "Write Log File". After doing this our app is working. Problem is both on W10/W11. When we do Reset Driver Settings and Reset Configuration in 3Dconnexion Diagnostic Tool 0.7 the crashes are back and the only option again is to manually enable/disable log file...
Do you have any idea what is wrong and why simply enabling/disabling log solve the problem?
Thank you very much.
Best Regards
Jan

Enabling the log file will slow the drive and system down.
Do you have a callstack of the crash?
It is probably best to contact us over the tech support email for further help.
