Spacemouse Enterprise vs SpaceNavigator

For years I've been using a SpaceNavigator and primarily using it for 3D printing software like Chitubox, Meshmixer, Rhino3d, Fusion 360 and just recently Shapr3d. Recently, I have come in possession with a Spacemouse Enterprise and it works on all above software EXCEPT Chitubox. Why would this happen???? Is there a firmware update needed for Spacemouse Enterprise needed:

Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0.19044 Build 19044
3DxWare = 10.8.11.3519
3DxWinCore 17.8.11.19837

SpaceNavigator = (FW: 4.35)
Spcaemouse Enterprise = (FW: 4.42)

it works on all above software EXCEPT Chitubox. Why would this happen????

I don't have information on Chitubox but this can happen if the application developers used a system API to access the device data, bypassing the 3Dconnexion driver.

The Chitubox developers should be able to confirm this for you and I think it should be easily fixed.
