I tried to post this yesterday, but it was apparently deleted with no notification. I'd just ask if you're going to delete it instead of posting it you'd let me know why.
We're using a software developed by company called GeorgeFischer called Turbosoft+. It's a cad program mostly used for use with airfoils. The Space Mouse Pro my colleague uses works perfectly on his computer and mine. I opted for the slimmed down and wireless Space Mouse Wireless. The only function it will perform is to zoom in and out (tilt forward and back). I've searched this forum and also online and nothing I've found works. Can anyone give me any ideas?

Re: 3D Wireless Spacemouse will ONLY zoom in and out
Sorry for obvious question, but have you tried on your colleague's machine and other programs to rule out a hardware issue?
Re: 3D Wireless Spacemouse will ONLY zoom in and out
Have you restarted your PC to reinitialise the system and the driver?

Jake Hunter,
Please do check the new device on the other machine, as suggested. Tell us what happened.
The behavior may be related to the application.
Can you generate a log file for me? It doesn't matter which machine/device. Both configurations would actually be useful.
To do this,
- right click on the 3Dx systray icon when the driver is running->Write Log File.
- Stop and restart the driver (Start Menu->Stop 3DxWare, Start 3DxWare).
- Start the application (Turbosoft)
- Try to use the device.
- Stop the driver.
- Send me (PM) %localappdata%\3Dconnexion\3DxWare\3DxService.log
- Turn off the Write Log File option. It can slow down your machine.
Thanks.
