Cad Mouse Pro radial menu gone

Hi there,

I was setting up radial menus for 3ds Max, but at one point they were gone and only the default menus were available.
What should I do to keep them?

Now update to 3DxWare v10.8.12, as it comes with updated plug-in for 3ds Max.
