Adobe Photoshop CS3 issue. anyone?

Post by diego »

Hello,
I know 3dconnexion said in the past the would not support anymore photoshop plugin, now they had a re-think: I've read on the 3dconnexion homepage that "SpaceNavigator Supports New Adobe Photoshop CS3" but is this true also for SpacePilot? where is the update then?

I want to know if everyone has found like me that on the new CS3 photoshop version the plugin doesn't works correctly.

the plugin loads, on the lcd "photoshop" appears but:

-the image scroll doesn't work anymore.
-brush larger - smaller rotating gesture doesn't work anymore.
-zooming partially works. it uses as center point teh 0,0 xy coordinate as pivot point, nor the mouse anymore
- button shortcuts works..

If you're working on something, please let us know. Since photoshop was one of the reason i bought spacepilot...

Hi diego,

Thanks for asking.

The software referred on that announcement is release 3.3 which will include a new plug-in for CS3. That software is in the final stages of testing and will be made available soon, in around two weeks time (note the exact date is subject to change).
