SpaceMouse Wireless Battery

I'm only getting 20 minutes of use, after an overnight charge. I think I got a battery lemon. How do I return for service/replacement?

Please contact our Technical Support group. They will do the trouble shooting and start the RMA process for you.

I did that, 2 times already, over the last few weeks. I never even got acknowledgement that my request was received. Also I checked all my email SPAM filters this morning. I'd appreciate any help you can provide.
