I got two SpaceNavigators sometime around mid-2008. I don't have proof of purchase for them. One of the cords on one of them snapped apart from normal wear and tear. I was just told on the phone that I can't get any sort of repair.

Thanks a lot for using such a thin, crappy cord, and not just using a USB port. Now I can't even use the thing, or get it fixed.
