I'm trying to purchase a cad mouse and space mouse pro in the online store but it keeps saying the address is wrong on my billing address. I've checked it several times over and it's correct.
I searched everywhere for a sales contact number - couldn't find an email or phone number (I find that strange).
I called the tech support number and of course, they're experiencing high call volume at the moment. I think I'll have to resort to purchasing through Amazon.com.
I've been using 3DConnexion products for over 10 years and generally the tech support has been good. But I have to say, if there was a competitor with products as good and sales people, 3DConnexion would be in trouble.
