Spacemouse Plus Serial and 3ds MAX 9 ??

tried 2.8.2 and it didnt work
complained that the plugin didnt support this version..

tried to DL the 3.6.4 but couldnt even download it.

so what file do i DL to make it work with 3ds max 9 ?

XP sp 2 with x86 visual C installed.

The plugin for the Spacemouse Serial devices is not supported with
3DSMax 9.

so if i use a converter from serial to USB , would it work then?
or is the 2 mouses i have since old worthless with Max 9 ?

We donot support Serial to usb converters. The device would not be recognized correctly by windows.
