Shutting down Drivers without Prompt

The driver can be shutdown with:

"C:\Program Files\3Dconnexion\3Dconnexion 3DxSoftware\3DxWare\3dxsrv.exe" -shutdown
====

Running this command introduces a dialog box to confirm that the driver has been shut down. My questions is: Is there an argument/switch or other means by which the driver can be safely shutdown silently - without the prompt?

Add -quiet to the end of the line.
