Re: Unreal Engine Support
Sorry, just seen earlier post with UE 5 early release driver instructions.
Re: Unreal Engine Support
Have a word with our Technical Support team (contact details here). We have a pre-release build of the plugin for UE 4.27.peterbowenpm wrote: ↑Mon Aug 23, 2021 2:25 am I believe that we will have to wait for the next windows driver release that supports 4.27.
Re: Unreal Engine Support
Since UE 4.27 has now been released, is the updated plugin available?
Additionally, I tried using the UE5 Early Access plugin, but get this error from Unreal on trying to compile a C++ game project:

Re: Unreal Engine Support
Yes. We have been providing the add-in for UE 4.27 upon request since early September but we have since published an update.
Please upgrade your 3DxWare 10 installation to v. 10.8.2, available for download here.

Re: Unreal Engine Support
I'm hoping to use my Spacemouse with UE5. I am a Mac user (M1 MacBook). I looked in the hidden files in the install bundle, but no read.me. Is anything available for the Mac? Thank in advance for any help!

Re: Unreal Engine Support
I apologize for posting that last question in the PC forum... I only realized that I was not in the Mac forum after it was submitted and I don't seem to be able to delete it.
Cheers!

Re: Unreal Engine Support
FYI. Version 10.8.7 of 3DxWare 10 for Windows (published today) includes support for Unreal Editor 5.0.
The software is available for download from here.

Re: Unreal Engine Support
I'm getting this same error when attempting to build a UE5 project (UE 5.0.1 and latest 3Dconnexion software) using Visual Studio (both 2019 and 2022 fail with the same error). Deleting the 3DConnexion UE plugin solves the issue.finally! wrote: ↑Fri Sep 24, 2021 11:56 am Since UE 4.27 has now been released, is the updated plugin available?

Re: Unreal Engine Support
We can't see it ourselves, of course. It would be too easy...
Are you copying the plugin files somewhere? How do you "delete" the plugin?
Re: Unreal Engine Support
The 3D Connexion plugin for Unreal Engine 5 does not load in Unreal engine 5.1, when can we expect and Updated plugin for version 5.1?
