Just set up my Mac Pro 2019 with my work windows 10 pc using the startech kvm switch(SV231QDPU34K). It was not easy to get this setup but all is working except for my SMPW(The cadmouse is a bit iffy right now). It will not work through the KVM using the universal receiver nor will it work with the USB cable. It actually locks up the switch and I have to power cycle it after unplugging the SM to get the switch to function again.
Is this a known issue with KVM's?

Seems the universal receiver was bad. replaced and it seems to be working again.
