SpaceMouse Wireless no working

Please, anyone could help me about my SpaceMouse wireless?
on last Monday my space mouse wireless was working (normal). I don't turnoff my laptop and, on Tuesday when I back to the job in the morning the space mouse no work more. I try turn-off and turn-on and nothing. I tried use with the cable and nothing.

Anyone knows anything about this problem?

Which application are you having this issue in?
Have you tested in the 3Dconnexion Viewer to see if the same issue is there?
Is the driver running?
Did you restart your machine?
