Not able to use reverse fucntion on space mouse compact.

I am having issue using reverse function for revit and other products. I read other post notifying checking the device manager for the name. I tried myself updating driver manually, but its not accepting the file from c drive. Please help

How are you installing the new driver?
Did you go to the 3Dconnexion website to download and install?
What kind of errors, if any do you receive?

I installed the latest software from website. When I click on reverse tick box, there is no change on the revit interface. I read different post, and I found in the device manager The HID section, mouse is not read as 3d connexion device. I dont know how to solve it

Space mouse emulator kmj driver is not recognised in HID section of device manager. So in the device manager its showing HID compliant mouse (not showing 3d connexion space mouse compact). I want to also add that I am running windows with latest parallels VM in mac. The space mouse works nj ely with default settings but not accepting any cha ges inside advanced settings.
