NX Tab missing in 3DConnexion interface

Hi,

I have been using a SpaceMouse Enterprise for about a year in SolidWorks but have recently switched jobs where I now use Siemens NX. I have been able to get the pan/zoom/rotate functions to work in NX, but I cannot seem to get the buttons customized to my liking. When I enter the button customization window in 3D Connexion either through NX or 3D Connexion itself I am not given an NX tab to select functions for customization. Any ways to fix this? I have already contacted IT and searched Google for hours. Here is a visual for reference:

What's the specific NX release you use in your work? E.g. NX1847, NX2206.
The latest 3DxWare v10.8.12 supports only the initial major milestone releases, e.g. NX1847, NX1872, NX1899, NX1926, NX1953, NX1980, NX2007, NX2206, NX2212. Any succeeding minor bugfix/maintenance release between two adjacent major milestone releases is not supported,
e.g. NX1851, NX1855, NX1859, NX1863, NX1867 are not supported(they are between NX1847 and NX1872 milestone releases).

Take the latest NX2212 release for example, only the initial milestone release of NX2212 is supported, the subsequent NX2212.3001, NX2212.4000, NX2212.5000, NX2212.6000 bugfix maintenance releases are not supported.

When 3Dconnexion announces support for NX "2212 Series", for example, we are referring to RTM and all subsequent maintenances releases. In other words, our current plug-in for NX 2212 works in NX "2212.3001".

It's inferred from my previous in-field testing for prior versions of NX, I don't have access to the latest NX trial licence, so it's may not be totally correct. Real examples by end users are needed to corroborate such inference.

After searching for the NX 2212.3001 PR fixed list, it's only a minor bugfix release over the NX 2212.3000, it can be treated as the same initial milestone release, no significant functionality-level change.
