To my knowledge, the 3DConnexion drivers for MacOS do not yet support Unreal or Unity. I have been waiting for years for support to be added. It is presently ONLY available in the Windows drivers.

Can somebody from 3Dconnexion (ngomes perhaps?) please confirm if the Unreal Engine driver (e.g. for UE 5.3) works on mac OS & Apple Silicon? The linked FAQ article only mentions Windows directories. It does not help in any way for Mac users.

Please, somebody, make spacemouse happen for Unreal Engine on MAC.
These Apple silicone computers are now very capable, and I didn't buy a Space Mouse Pro for it to be just a paperclip.

I have just spent an hour trying to get this to working thinking "It can't be this difficult".
Now I know it is Windows only!

+1
We have deadline for MacOS UE5.3 delivery by 5th of January. The "audience" is head of a very famous brand. It's a pitty we don't have skills to implement the show to run on 3D SpaceMouse. Maybe one day the support lands and the demanding combination of Apple + Unreal Engine + 3D Connecxion gets resolved for good.
