so we were given some very lovely spacemouse enterprises by our boss last week. we managed to get them to work remotely via remotefx, however we noticed that none of the keys work. the only ones that do work are ones that open an application or something (like the file explorer, internet, etc.). is there something we forgot to do? i've been trying to get this for a few days now, and i've sorta run out of ideas. any help would be really appreciated.

Oh hey, that worked perfectly. Thanks a million! I had tried this but I think I had put it in the wrong spot and copied that other person's entire XML which was maybe not the smartest. Bless you and many thanks.

Wow, that was a breeze to implement. Much obliged. I guess I copied the complete XML file from that other guy and placed it in the wrong spot when I did this before, so it wasn't the most intelligent move. Thanks a lot and may God bless you.
