Advanced Settings dialog hangs on Unreal Engine 5

Yesterday I was experimenting with Advanced Settings for Unreal Editor.
By mistake I activated the "Dominant" checkbox - I guess UE using only one axis at a time depends on this.
I want to disable it but now each and every time I access Advanced Settings for Unreal Editor the dialog grays out and remains unresponsive.
I tried to edit the UnrealEditor.xml file like this:

<AxisFilter>None</AxisFilter>

Nothing. UE still uses only one SpaceMouse's axis at a time
