Marvelous Designer/Clo3D support?

Are there any plans for Marvelous Designer/Clo3D support in the near future?

It's a very popular program for 3D apparel visualization and the only program in my workflow that is not supported atm.
I just bought a device and I was very surprised that there is no way to make it work with MD using some custom keybinds, scripts or anything like that.
