Poor customer support

Post by fatih.yldrm5 »

11 days ago I asked from 3dconnection websites support that I am having problems with last version of maya and max, if that is a problem with me or it is not supported properly yet. I still couldn't get a proper answer after 11 days. I was talking with Aleksy on support.eu@3dconnection.com. Is there any other email adress that I can take help from? The person assisting me is giving one answer a day and still didn't told me if it works or not. Becouse on my side 3ds max is not working at all and Maya is laggy with huge scaled scenes with high polycount (only lags when moved with space mouse). I am very used to this mouse and I have lots of things to finish.

Well, as a temporary measure, in your case, since you are on Autodesk May 3ds Max software subscription license plan, you can downgrade your Maya or 3ds Max to an earlier version that have good 3DxWare driver support.
