Uninstall fails for 3DxWare 10.5.3 on Windows 10

Hi,

I want to install the latest version (10.8.17) but it fails saying I need to uninstall the former version 10.5.3.

But the uninstall of the current 3DxWare version also fails.

Furthermore, I can't find the 10.5.3 version in the archive on 3dconnexion.com.

How to solve these issues ?

Fixed!

I got some help from 3Dconnexion support team.

The issue was fixed by using the repair option from the 10.5.3 driver installation provided by the support; then it was possible to install the latest version.

I hinted to the support that the 10.5.3 driver availability on on the support page of 3dconnexion.com would help others in the same situation…

In your case contacting tech support with this specific version of the 3DxWare driver is the way to go.
