Hello, could you advise me on something, before I chose my replacement mouse. I am wondering whether the CadMouse design and materials they are made of have undergone any changes/improvements.

The exterior coating of the base part of the CadMouse is improved, you can try the new CadMouse Pro or the CadMouse Pro Wireless.
