My spacenavigator mouse is not working anymore. When i open the settings window in the 3Dconnection home app, I get the message "No device found."

My spacenavigator mouse is not working anymore. When i open the settings window in the 3Dconnection home app, I get the message "No device found."

Also, when i check the setting "devices" in windows (windows 11). I see the spacenavigater in the list, but there is an description "driver error".

How can I solve this problem?
