miss center of rotate space mouse

hello.
I bought space mouse and 3d mouse.
I set space mouse with the zoom up and down (with the jostik)
I'm using mice with solidworks.
in some parts, zoom the feature, the part suddenly disappears on the right or on the left ... as if it lost the center where the view rotates.
I had to disable the zoom for this problem.

First I would like to make sure you have our latest driver installed. This was realeased yesterday 10.5.6, you can get it at https://www.3dconnexion.com/service/drivers.html

Can you also confirm that the mouse performs well in our 3Dconnexion Viewer ?

I'm new here, and have a CadMouse Pro Wireless.
Use 2 softwares: Surfcam and Solidworks.
On Surfcam mid centre click and hold wheel, rotate view. Also on 3Dconnexion Viewer.
On Solidworks do nothing.

Try resetting your Space Mouse settings or adjusting the view center to fix the problem.
