New spacemouse not working
Hi everyone, I just purchased my first wireless SpaceMouse. It does not seem to work properly, but being my first experience, it's hard to know if it is the mouse, my computer or just me not using it properly... I have tried to connect it through the USB-dongle and the cable that came with it (separately) and by bluetooth. Using the 3D connexion settings, I can see that the computer recognises the mouse through all the different coms options, but in the trainer, nothing happens by the dongle or the cable and I see some movement using Bluetooth, but it does not seem to answer to my moves on the mouse; e.g. stuff moves on the screen when I am not touching the mouse and actual movements on the mouse does nothing on the screen. Anyone experienced something similar? Is it me or the mouse???

Re: New spacemouse not working
Try resetting the SpaceMouse settings in the 3Dconnexion software. If the problem persists, test it on another computer to rule out hardware issues. If the issue continues, it might be a defective unit, and you should contact Technical Support Team.Sohud wrote: ↑Wed Jan 15, 2025 1:46 pm Hi everyone, I just purchased my first wireless SpaceMouse.
