Keyboard WSAD Template Issues when play Escape from Tarkov

I'm been using the Keyboard WSAD Template to play Escape From Tarkov, recently i have been having issues where I let the puck go and i still keep moving, i have messed around with a few settings and I'm unable to get it to stop happening. I would say it does it about 30% to 40%of the time any help would be appreciated.
