When I login from a locked screen my SpaceMouse Enterprise loses it's connection to the computer. My only solution seems to be to unplug it and plug it back in. I've been downloading the latest driver updates for several months, but none of them has addressed the issue.
Does anybody have a work around.

Buy a USB switch with a power button.

However, that seems like it shouldn't be needed. This feels like enshittification: functions that have been supported for 20 years now lost because of inadequate programming. I'm really getting tired of it.
