My question is pretty straight forward; is it possible to switch the axes of rotation?
Background: I use Fusion 360 and currently have "Target Camera Mode", "Lock Horizon", "Auto Rotation", "Use Selected Item", and "Sketch Lock" enabled. I've gone through and adjusted the axes enabled, sensitivity settings, and reversed the axes according to my needs. This has left me with; x_pan-reversed, z_pan-reversed, y_pan-standard, x_rotation-reversed, y_rotation-standard, z_rotation-standard. I can use this to a fair degree of success.
I've found that if I disable "Lock Horizon", I can use my 3Dconnexion mouse even more naturally, with the exception of rotation the cap around the y-axis (leading to object rotation about the z-axis) and rotation of the cap around the z-axis (leading to object rotation about the y-axis). To me, these two rotations should be switched. Is there a way to adjust a setting or config to accomplish this?

You can do in per app in the relevant xml file(s) in %localappdata%\3Dconnexion\3DxWare\Cfg. Swap the output ActionIDs for HIDMultiAxis_Ry and HIDMultiAxis_Rz.
