SpaceNavigator won't update properly, continuosly updates.

Ok, so I have a SpaceNavigator and I cannot get this thing to update properly through the 3DxWare Control Panel. Everytime I select update, then the update wizard comes up and I click next and it goes through some kind of validation process where it validates my install and then at the end it only gives me the option to select finish. This happens every single time I click update. It never updates.

If anyone could help me fix this problem it would be much appreciated.

Dear Garren1013,

I would recommend downloading the latest driver using the 'Driver Download' page under the 'Support' menu on www.3dconnexion.com to your desktop. (Currently 3DxSoftware 3.6.11) Uninstall your current version in 'Add and Remove Programs' in Windows 'Control Panel'. Then execute the downloaded driver allowing the install shield wizard to install the new drivers.

Hi Garren,

Yes, this is a bit confusing. While running the "update wizard" you should click on "Download" instead of "Next".
This will open your web-browser and the 3Dconnexion driver download page. If you click "Next" the installer will only verify your current installation.
