SpacePilot Pro - Solidworks 2011 - not rotating

I work in the IT department for my company. Our designers wanted to update from Solidworks 2010 to 2011. I installed SW 2011 onto their systems, leaving 2010 installed, and ever since then the spacepilot will not rotate objects in solidworks 2011. The spacepilot works in all other design programs (NX 5.0, 7.5, Catia).

They are running Windows 7, 64 bit.

Things I have done:
1) Uninstall SW 2010
2) Loaded the TDxSW64.dll
3) confirmed that the 3DControl addin is enabled
4) Updated driver to 3.13.1
5) Returned the spacepilot to solidworks defaults
6) Removed solidworks custom profiles
7) Checked the demo, rotates all demos

Clean install of 3Dconnexion software
9) Calibrated the spacepilot
10) enabled the "keep in view" add-in

None of these have worked. I contacted the tech support and received these suggestions. Now that I have tried all the suggestions they gave me, they will not respond to me.
