Do these devices work under ANSYS classic

Recently I have been looking up at the input devices (like the SpaceNavigator or the SpaceTraveler) produced by 3dconnexion, and I'd like to test them to see if they can really deliver what's being advertised; before buying one though I'd like to ask if anybody here has had any experience with them and could please tell me something about it, starting of course by the basic question: do these devices work under ANSYS classic?

I am not familiar with the different versions of ANSYS, but in our Supported Application List we have ANSYS listed. Additionally I can tell you that the support for the 3D Mouse was integrated into ANSYS by the developer of the application directly into ANSYS. The support team of ANSYS should be able to help you with this information. If you find out you might post here for others who are interested.
