The HP RGS software needs to be installed and configured on both PCs - the RGS Sender and the RGS Receiver . There is an option in the RGS installation "Enable Remote USB - Check this box if USB devices attached to the Local Computer need to be accessible by the Remote Computer".
If Remote USB has not been enabled on both sides, the RGS installer would need to be run again to add it. HP built the support for 3Dconnexion devices inside their software so it is their their technical support that would help with any issues working it.
