Left/Right Mouse Button 'freeze' in Inventor

Inventor 2017 Pro - latest
Lenovo W541 with latest Graphics Card Drivers, BIOS, etc.

Upon return to the 'Home' screen, such as when closing an open part or assembly, the left and right mouse buttons fail to register clicks for ~8 seconds. The behavior is inconsistent when merely selecting the 'Home' screen, however it is very consistent when closing small or large parts and assemblies and being returned to the 'Home' screen by that action.

The mouse buttons do not work for any application or Windows during the issue.

please contact our Technical Support Team. They will do the necessary troubleshooting and can decide if this is a hardware failure or any other issue. If it is a hardware issue and the device is still within the warranty period they will initiate a replacement device for you.
