Advanced Steel issues.

Hello.

I have 2017 Advanced steel from Autodesk.

My 3Dconnecxion mouse functions keep stopping.

pull and push knob function always work.

roll pan zoom all stop working.
then start woking again, it appears it may be affected by the view type I'm using.
I have updated and reinstalled the driver for this device. Please provide advice.
