Insufficient memory exception in 3DxVirtualLCD

Post by theonteg »

I am having too the 3dxVirtualLCD unhandled exception on Windows 10.

This is happening when I leave the pc on and the screen is turned off for a while. Even when the pc locks after some time. When i wake up the screen the following message appears on screen multiple times.

The software (3DxVirtualLCD.exe) is throwing an "insufficient memory" exception. This appears to be unrelated to the issue being discussed in this topic (CO_E_SERVER_EXEC_FAILURE failure).

I do not recall seeing an "insufficient memory" exception before and couldn't find anything in our internal bug tracking tool.

Thank you,
So this is a different error? Should I create a new thread for this one?

I think it is a different error, yes. If you wish, I can split the posts to a separate thread.

The new topic is in place (the old one is available here).

Since the error appears to be new, it may be preferable for you to reach 3Dconnexion's customer service team. The contact details are available on our web site).
