Using Trend Micro perhaps?

Others have reported similar issues when using Trend Micro (see here and here).

If you ever come across with the cause of this issue (Trend Micro blocking a driver component), we would very much appreciate if you could share the information.

We don't know why Trend Micro is blocking the driver. It makes no sense.
