Updated to OS 11.1 and the newest beta driver from you guys, Spacemouse Wireless isn't working, skips to edges of screen and won't function correctly in any app even the puzzle or demo stuff. Appears to be connected however, after the beta driver update but still not usable.

We're tracking this as MAC-269. In some systems, the driver daemon appears to be unable to grab hold of the SpaceMouse Wireless if connected wirelessly (over the dongle).

Try removing the pairing and adding it again. Some have reported success in doing so but we can't explain why it appears to resolve the issue. We can't reproduce this in-house, of course.

When you say "remove the pairing" whats that mean exactly. Unplug the dongle? I also brought a wired space mouse to try on the shop iMac and its doing the same thing as well.

If you open the "3Dconnexion" pane in "Preferences", you will be able to manage the "pairings" assigned to the Universal Receiver. Just delete the existing pairing and re-create it.

You can also try connecting the SpaceMouse with a cable and see if it will now operate as expected.
