Re: Cad Mouse
Is this the 100% way to fix this? And is this the only fix?
Re: Cad Mouse
Did you have the same issue and reinstalling windows resolve it? Also, any other resolutions?
Re: Cad Mouse
Hi Cknight90,
What device do you have?
I suggest getting in touch with our Technical Support team (contacts here).
Reinstalling Windows won't fix it, obviously enough.
Your device appears to be in DFU mode. Somehow, the firmware was erased or got corrupted.

Re: Cad Mouse
Yeah. I used it on my PC. Stored the PC and mouse for about 6 months. Built a new PC. Now I get this error. I've tried it on my Old Desktop, Laptop, now this new pc. Ran Windows 10 Pro on alll 3 PC. There isn't a firmware update program I can fix it on my own or the Tech Support has special tools to fix it?
Re: Cad Mouse
... Forgot to mention its a CADMouse. It just says CadMouse on the bottom of the mouse. Its the wired version.
Re: Cad Mouse
Is there were already Windows-only Firmware Updaters for Apple Big Sure users,
I am sure if you file a Support Request, Support will provide a proper Firmware
Updater for your Windows for you.

Re: Cad Mouse
Hi Cknight90,
unfortunately you can only update the firmware on our devices when they already have a version on it. But your on your device the firmware got erased anyhow. The CadMouse is quite an old model. We don't produce it since a while. Do you know if it is still under warranty?
