No search utility?

How can you set up a technical help forum without a search tool? Unless I am missing something obvious, I am not seeing anywhere on any page in which a search term can be entered. How can anyone search for previously addressed issues?

With Firefox and IE you see the search tool. Do you have any popup-blocker activated? Which browser-version and operating system do you use? This link will take you directly to the search tool.
