SpaceNavigator SE in MS apps

Post by Fly_Boy_Rez »

Folks,

At work we use the SpacePilot to drive UG NX and have found that usefully we can use the device to zoom, pan and scroll MS apps such as Excel and Word and Internet Explorer.

I've now bought a SpaceNavigator SE for my own use at home and with my laptop and recall that when initially installed I was able to use it to do the same within MS Apps... however I now find I can no longer get the device to work with MS Apps.

Have a I buggered something up or is this a function of the latest drivers?

Thanks in Advance

Hi Fly_Boy_Rez,

The old Office Plug-In is still available in our Archives.
You can locate it when you go here, select your device and then click on "Archive (Legacy Software)".

Please keep in mind, that 3DxOffice is no longer under active development (deprecated product) as stated here.
