Space Navigator as mouse

Hi,

Is it possible to use the spacenavigator for regular mouse movements in windows or is it only to be used in specific applications?

The SpaceNavigator is intended to be used with applications that support it. What is your intention, what have you planned to do with the SpaceNavigator?

Simply to use it as a mouse. I had read some reviews where individuals used it to play games with. I thought it'd be neat to try.... that and I'm attracted to blue led's like moths to a light bulb. I have seen a few drivers that have been made work with this device, is there no oem support for such use?

Well.... don't think these guys will ever make a generic driver for their devices.
Luckily some users take care of their work... so go here viewtopic.php?t=336
. This is most propably what you are looking for... if you wanna use it for games.
