The lights are off- no one's home

I shut the system down, waited 30 seconds. powerd on the pc and the device worked fine.


I shut down the system last night. Went home for the evening. Turned the on pc just now due to unrelated plant issues I had to deal with,(20 hrs power off)
Device does not work
two button trick does not work
device does not appear in device manager

I recommend you contact out Technical Support. You will get the contact details on that page if you select your 3D mouse and the platform and the press "Search". You can either give them a call or fill in our webform. Please refer to this forum post and tell them what you already tried. Your device seems to be faulty and needs to be exchanged. Is it still under warranty?

Problem seems to be resolved with new unit.
