I think I have found why rotation center sometimes stucks.
while navigating with 3Dx ware, if we press "ctrl+Middle button" to pan the display, 3Dx ware will turn off auto rotation center function, and appoint rotation center on wherever your mouse points.
(but in 3D connexion software, "Auto rotation center" will still toggle on. )
To re-enable "Auto rotation center", zoom out the display press "ctrl+Middle button" at empty site. Solid works view controling will being good as before.
