I can't oeprate sample app. in vista 64bit Os spaceball5000

HI.

I try to migrate our old version spaceball s/w to new one that is based on driver released at May this year.

So I tested your sample applications and code.

Howerver, I cannot operate your samples.

I heard that your brand new driver support 64bit OS but I can't

I just install your driver and run your sample code in vista 64bit OS.

What's wrong?

Our Spaceball has USB Connector.

And Spaceball Product Model is Spaceball 5000 USB.

Hi whizen

Could you test your device with the Demos delivered with 3DxSoftware? They are available as follows: "Start -> All Programs -> 3Dconnexion -> 3Dconnexion 3DxWare -> Demos". I would recommend the "3DCube Demo" as you could test every pan/rotation direction, but you could use any of the available demos.

Did you install the last 3DxSoftware (the currently available release on our driver download page is v3-3-6, as you can see it here)?

What is your application you tried to use?

Do you have others as well which you would like to use 3D mice for navigate in?

We have the only device spaceball 5000 usb

In addition, I have re-installed driver through your link and I try to Cube Demo App. however, It doesn't work.

I guess that It seems to your driver problem.
